vīdvāna anē mīṭhuṁ bōlanāra jyāṁ jāya tyāṁ māna pāmē. vīdīānuṁ jēnē abhīmāna tē chē ghaṇō ajñāna.

Literally: The learned and sweet-spoken person gets respect wherever they go. He who is proud of his knowledge is very ignorant.
