તુલસી વહાં ન જઇએ, જ્યાં ન કહે કે આવ; ઘાસ ખરાબર જાણીએ, ક્યા રાજા ક્યા રાવ.

tulasī vahāṁ na jaiē, jyāṁ na kahē kē āva; ghāsa kharābara jāṇīē, kyā rājā kyā rāva.

O Tulsi, do not go there where they do not say "come"; consider them equal to grass, whether they are a king or a lord.
