તુલસી કહે છે સુમ ધન, નવ ખરચે નવ ખાય;

Literally: Tulsidas says of the miser's wealth, he neither spends it nor eats it.
What it means: A miser's hoarded wealth is useless to him, as he never enjoys it and eventually loses it to others.
