સવૈયા—પાવક જળબુંદ નિવારન સૂરજ તાપેકા છત્ર કીયા હે,

savaiyā—pāvaka jaḷabuṁda nivārana sūraja tāpēkā chatra kīyā hē,

Literally: Water drops can stop fire, an umbrella is made for the sun's heat; there is medicine for illness, a whip for a horse, a mantra for ghosts, but there is no medicine for nature.
