સમજુકે ચિંતા ઘણી, મુરખકું નહીં લાજ; ભલે ખુરફી ખબર નહીં, પેટ ભરનસેં કાજ.

samajukē ciṁtā ghaṇī, murakhakuṁ nahīṁ lāja; bhalē khuraphī khabara nahīṁ, pēṭa bharanasēṁ kāja.

Literally
The wise person has many worries, while the fool has no shame; he does not care about good or bad, his only business is filling his stomach.
What it means
Wise people carry the burden of responsibility and worry, whereas ignorant people live carelessly, concerned only with their basic needs.
