નિલોભીકું ભૂપ તૃણ, સુરપુર તૃણ વિજ્ઞાન; તૃણ સમ નારી વિરક્તકું, થર તૃણ સમ પ્રાણ.

nilōbhīkuṁ bhūpa tr̥ṇa, surapura tr̥ṇa vijñāna; tr̥ṇa sama nārī viraktakuṁ, thara tr̥ṇa sama prāṇa.

Literally
To the greedless, a king is grass, the city of gods is grass, science is grass; like grass is a woman to the detached, and life itself is like grass.

A person free from desire and worldly attachment views power, heaven, pleasure, and even life itself as utterly worthless.
