નાર, ચાર ને ચાકર એ ત્રણ કાચાં ભલાં;

nāra, cāra nē cākara ē traṇa kācāṁ bhalāṁ;

Literally: A woman, a thief, and a servant—these three are good when raw.
What it means: Certain people are more manageable or effective when they are young or inexperienced, while others require maturity.
