દુશ્મન તો ડાહ્યો ભલો, ભલો ન મૂરખ મિત્ર; કદરૂપી પણ કલાગરી, નહીં રૂપાળી ચિત્ર.

duśmana tō ḍāhyō bhalō, bhalō na mūrakha mitra; kadarūpī paṇa kalāgarī, nahīṁ rūpāḷī citra.
