ānaṁda kahē paramānaṁdā, muṁgē mhōḍē rahēvuṁ; kāṁ tō kahēvuṁ sācēsācuṁ, nē kāṁ tō nāma lēī kahēvuṁ.

Literally: Anand says to Parmanand, keep a silent mouth; either speak the absolute truth, or speak by taking names.
What it means: One should either remain completely silent or speak with absolute honesty and directness without hiding behind vague insinuations.
