ānaṁda kahē paramānaṁdā, jōīnē pagaluṁ bharavuṁ; nahīṁ tō muḍī khōī gāṁṭhanī, mōta vinā maravuṁ.

Literally: Anand says to Parmanand, take steps only after looking; otherwise, losing the capital from your own pocket, you will die without a death.
What it means: One must act with extreme caution and foresight to avoid financial ruin and unbearable misery.
