અમલ ખાટણ જોગપંથ, શરા હુંદા કામ; કાયર ખડગ ન વાવરે, કાયર દે નહીં દાન.

amala khāṭaṇa jōgapaṁtha, śarā huṁdā kāma; kāyara khaḍaga na vāvarē, kāyara dē nahīṁ dāna.

Literally: Ruling a kingdom and the path of yoga are the deeds of the brave; a coward does not wield a sword, nor does a coward give charity;
What it means: Great achievements, spiritual discipline, and generosity require immense courage and are beyond the capacity of cowards.
